    Digital Marketing and Internal Sales Coordinator/ Bilingual

    Location: Bromont, QC

    Your Objectives within the Solaxis Ingenious Manufacturing Team

    At Solaxis, you will hold a cutting-edge position that will combine internal sales, as well as the digital marketing sector. With the goal of qualifying or developing opportunities with the collaboration of the engineering and estimation department, you will be responsible for acting as a facilitator by maintaining a continuous relationship with Solaxis Ingenious Manufacturing’s  clients and prospects. You will be responsible for the prospect funnel by working on lead generation and lead nurturing.

    Your role in the digital marketing department will be to influence the development and visibility of our digital tools through the creation of content, newsletters, social media presence, etc. You will therefore be in charge of generating activity on our website and other digital platforms in order to attract the targeted profiles and generate growth in the prospect funnel. 

    You will also be responsible for captivating new clients’ attention and stimulating sales:

    Inside Sales:

    • Accompanying clients and prospects (by phone, videoconference or in person) in the identification of their needs as well as the sales process.
    • Taking over business development starting from the targeted prospective accounts with the objective of cultivating new opportunities (cold calling).
    • Taking the necessary action in order to understand the different client profiles and adapting your actions accordingly.
    • Responding to incoming requests and making the connection with the engineering department.
    • Involving yourself in every step of clients’ and prospects’ journeys.
    • Guiding and influencing clients towards added value solutions provided by Solaxis.
    • Virtually developing territories outside of Quebec.

    Digital Marketing:

    • Following the guidelines in Solaxis’ communication plan.
    • Ensuring that the digital tools are up to date and attractive.
    • Creating Inbound marketing content.
    • Creating various content in collaboration with our internal specialists (blog articles, newsletters, social media, case studies, etc.).
    • Increasing visibility by putting SEO strategy plans into place.
    • Providing support with the management of Google AdWords.
    • Keeping the information on our strategic partners’ websites up to date.

    If you Recognize Yourself in these Next Lines, Come and Meet Us:

    • You have a diploma in international commerce (AEC, DEC, BACC, or certificate), or-
    • You have a diploma in communications or marketing (DEC or BACC).
    • You have 2-5 years of experience in a similar position.
    • You are perfectly bilingual, both in writing and speaking.
    • You know and love using CRM.
    • You are creative and excel at creating content.
    • You know how to maximize digital platforms’ (SEO) referencing.
    • You use Suite Office’s main software.
    • You love influencing and adapting your strategies to increase the success of your actions.
