ABS CF10: Rigidity and Precision

ABS CF10 combines the toughness of ABS with carbon fibre reinforcement to deliver superior stiffness and improved dimensional stability. It is ideal for manufacturing technical parts requiring lightweight performance, precision, and enhanced mechanical strength.

FDM / FFF TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Standard lead time About 4 working days, depending on part size, quantity, number of components and finishing degrees.
Standard accuracy ±0.012 in (± 0.3 mm) - may vary depending on geometry.
Layer thickness 0.004 in (0.1 mm) to 0.024 in (0.6 mm)
Minimum wall thickness 0.039 in - 1 mm
Maximum build dimensions Dimensions are unlimited as components may be composed of several sub-parts. The maximum build envelope is 3.28 x 3.28 x 3.28 ft (1000 x 1000 x 1000 mm).
Surface structure Unfinished parts typically have a rough surface but all kinds of fine finishes are possible. FDM/FFF parts can be smoothed, painted and coated.
