TPU 90A ESD: Chemical Resistance and Conductivity Safety
TPU ESD is an engineering-grade thermoplastic elastomer that is flexible, chemical-resistant, and durable. This material also provides ESD-Safe electrical conductivity with a target surface resistance of 10^3 Ohm. Some of its benefits include consistent surface resistivity, impact and elongation retention, and minimal outgassing.
| Standard lead time | About 4 working days, depending on part size, quantity, number of components and finishing degrees. |
|---|---|
| Standard accuracy | 0.012 in (± 0.3 mm) - may vary depending on geometry. |
| Layer thickness | 0.004 in (0.1 mm) to 0.012 in (0.3 mm) |
| Minimum wall thickness | 0.039 in - 1 mm |
| Maximum build dimensions | Dimensions are unlimited as components may be composed of several sub-parts. The maximum build envelope is 9.84 x 8.27 x 8.66 in (250 x 210 x 220 mm). |
| Surface structure | Unfinished parts typically have a rough surface but all kinds of fine finishes are possible. FDM/FFF parts can be smoothed, painted and coated. |
